Eddy was my mother’s oldest brother he had two sisters Anne Elizabeth Angela Tait and Rosaleen
Tait and two brothers who died in early teens .
Eddy was a talented musician and was born in 4 Erne St Ball Shannon co Donegal Eire
His father Edward senior was a train driver on the Sligo Derry line.
The family memories is he was killed by a sniper while up a telegraph pole repairing an artillery
telephone line during the attack at Geilenkirchen
