On Friday, 19 December at 7:00 PM, the joint scouting associations of Brunssum will share the Peace Light with the entire community of Brunssum — this year for the 10th time.
On this same atmospheric evening, we continue a meaningful tradition together: lighting the war graves at the War Cemetery Brunssum. In doing so, we honour our fallen during the Christmas season, in the spirit of peace, unity, and gratitude.
This special evening takes place in cooperation with the veterans of Brunssum and the scouts of Brunssum.
We warmly invite you to join us and help illuminate the graves.
Together, we bring a warm light into the darkest days of the year — a small gesture with great meaning.
